Any specific service will be subject to a separate written agreement (proposal, contract, invoice) that supersedes these general Terms for that service.

Where services are offered for a fee, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. If payments are processed via third-party processors, those processors’ terms apply. Refunds, if any, will be handled as specified in the applicable service agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mohamed Amar LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
